A recruiter is an easier way to find the best job for you whether it be the employee or employer.

I never really gave much thought to using Head hunters before I became one. It is alot like search and rescue. I have been in search and rescue for over 9 years and what is really cool about both, I help to change peoples’ lives.

Both are similar in that I am searching for my candidate and in turn rescuing both the employee and employer from making bad decisions because they are too close to the situation.

Web Tech Software Developers Ft. Meade MD

I have to fill several positions for Web Tech Software Developers. The location is ft. Meade MD. Salary is up to $100k depending on experience. You must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 year experience.

All of these positions require an active ts/sci with CI or full scope polygraph.

Developers need to have Java, XML, J2EE, EJB, JSF, Web interface and OOD object oriented.

I am still looking or an experienced litigation consultant with a CPA for 2 of Beverly Hills firms. I know there are some out there who want to make $180,000 and up. Where are you?

You need experience for this job of at least 10 years. If you do not have that, do not respond.

You need to beable to have a client list that will produce at least $1,000,000 for the firm. Hey you are a partner not an employee. There is a difference.

I need a Geo Tech Engineer

I am searching for a Geo-Tech Engineer for a great job in Eureka California. This is a great job in a beautiful place. Relocations are welcomed. Here is what I need.

Some one who can Negotiate agreements, conduct technical investigations, assess risks at site, design earth works and foundations, produce reports, maintain client relations and work closely with in-house soils and materials testing lab.

You need 5 years technical experience + minimum of 5 years of Professional Project Management experience. In addition you have demonstrated ability to successfully market technical and professional services, strong written and oral communication organizational and leadership skills.

You need to have BS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited university or college. Professional Geotechnical Engineer License (GE), California Preferred, other states considered.
Excellent knowledge of the conditions and engineering requirements in the geographic area.
Valid Driver’s license (CA) by hire date.
Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in US without sponsorship.

I have American jobs to be filled.

I am American Headhunter and I have great news. I have jobs that need to be filled. These are not minimum wage but high paying jobs.
